The SPF record has a syntax error, more than one v=spf1 record exists, or it needs more than 10 DNS lookups.

How to fix it
Run the SPF checker. Merge duplicate records into one and remove or flatten includes until you are at 10 lookups or fewer.
This rule adds almost nothing to the score by itself. It matters only together with other rules.
