What SPF_HELO_NONE means
The host name the sending server introduced itself with (HELO) has no SPF record. Almost no score; very common.
The rule's description in SpamAssassin: “SPF: HELO does not publish an SPF Record”
How to fix it
Only relevant if you run your own mail server. Add a TXT record v=spf1 a -all on the server's host name.
This rule adds almost nothing to the score by itself. It matters only together with other rules.
