How to set up one.com in a mail app

  1. Choose add account → manual setup (or "other account") in your mail app.
  2. Enter your full one.com email address and password.
  3. Pick IMAP for incoming mail and enter the server, port and security from the table above.
  4. Enter the SMTP server for outgoing mail (send.one.com, port 465) and enable authentication with the same login.

If the login keeps failing, enable IMAP/POP access in the one.com web settings and use an app password if your account uses two-step verification.

Why does my one.com login fail in a mail app?

Most providers block plain password logins from mail apps when two-step verification is on. Create an app-specific password in your account's security settings, or use an app that supports OAuth sign-in. Also check that IMAP or POP access is enabled in the webmail settings.
