BriteVerify pricing is not public. Validity, which owns BriteVerify, lists no per-email prices, tiers or minimums on its pricing page; you get a quote from a specialist. This page collects what BriteVerify’s own pricing page and API documentation do say, checked October 10, 2026, and compares it with verifiers that publish their prices, including emailvalidation
Disclosure: we make emailvalidation.io, one of the alternatives on this page. BriteVerify’s strengths are listed in their own section, and the sources are at the end.
BriteVerify pricing: what the pricing page says
| Question | BriteVerify’s answer (checked October 10, 2026) |
|---|---|
| Price per email | Not published; “get in touch with one of our specialists” |
| Pricing options | “Flexible pricing options for real-time, batch, and API verification” |
| Volume discounts | “Discounts that grow with your usage” (no figures) |
| Large senders | “Scalable enterprise plans for high-volume senders” |
| Going over your volume | Extra credits “at your standard subscription rate” |
| Credit expiry | “Credits expire one year after purchase” |
| Integrations | Included in all plans: Salesforce, Marketo, DemandTools “and more” |
| Free trial or free credits | Not mentioned |
So you can’t work out what 5,000, 25,000 or 100,000 checks cost before you talk to sales. If you need a number for a budget, ask for a quote at the volume you expect over 12 months, since unused credits expire after a year.
Quick verdict
- Choose BriteVerify if you already use Validity products, need phone and postal address checks next to email, or rely on its Salesforce, Marketo or DemandTools integrations.
- Choose emailvalidation.io if you want a price you can see upfront and verify through an API or in lists: $9.99 a month for 5,000 checks, $34.99 for 25,000, $94.99 for 100,000.
- Choose a credit-pack verifier such as Bouncer or MillionVerifier if you clean one big list now and then and want credits that never expire.

Where BriteVerify is stronger
- Email, phone and address in one service. BriteVerify’s API documentation covers phone numbers and postal addresses as well, with address checks against USPS CASS-certified data according to Validity. We verify email addresses only.
- CRM and marketing automation integrations. Salesforce, Marketo and DemandTools are named on the pricing page and included in all plans. We connect through Zapier and the API.
- Detailed failure reasons. Non-valid results carry a
status_detailsuch asmailbox_full,email_account_invalid,email_domain_invalid,disposableorblocked. - Client-side keys for forms. The real-time API supports public keys for use in the browser, limited to 25 verifications per client IP per minute. With emailvalidation.io, keep the API key on your server and call the API from your form handler.
- Bulk jobs up to 1 million addresses. The documentation states 100,000 emails per page and 1 million per job. Our bulk jobs take up to 100,000 addresses each.
- A sales contact. Enterprise plans are arranged with Validity’s specialists, which some procurement teams prefer to self-service plans.
Where emailvalidation.io is the better fit
Prices you can see. Every plan is on our email validation API pricing page: Free (100 checks a month), Small ($9.99 for 5,000), Medium ($34.99 for 25,000), Large ($94.99 for 100,000), excluding VAT. You can start without a sales call.
Nothing expires after a year. BriteVerify credits are gone 12 months after purchase. Our plans are monthly; you change or cancel them at any time.
Results you can act on in code. The email validation API returns 15 fields per address, including state, reason, score (0 to 1) and did_you_mean. Catch-all addresses come back as deliverable with the reason low_deliverability, so you can route them separately. Our guide to catch-all email covers what to do with them.
Bulk with a webhook. POST /v1/bulk takes a JSON array or a CSV/TXT file of up to 100,000 addresses. When the job completes, you get one signed webhook and download JSON or a CSV with your original columns plus 15 result columns. Duplicates and invalid rows are free, timeouts are refunded at completion, and large lists can take a day or longer because checks are paced per receiving mail server. See our email list cleaning service.
Try it in the browser. The bulk email verifier checks up to 50 addresses per run; without an account it checks a few addresses an hour.
What you give up compared with BriteVerify: phone and address verification, native Salesforce and Marketo integrations, bulk jobs above 100,000 addresses, and an enterprise sales contact.
Moving from BriteVerify
BriteVerify status | emailvalidation.io state |
|---|---|
valid | deliverable (reason valid_mailbox) |
invalid with email_ | undeliverable, reason invalid_mailbox |
invalid with email_ | undeliverable, reason invalid_mx |
risky (accept-all domain) | deliverable, reason low_ |
BriteVerify’s disposable and role address values map to our disposable: true and role: true flags. BriteVerify has no unknown email status in its documentation; on our side, plan for state: unknown (reasons such as timeout or no_connect) and retry those addresses later.
